Isaac Getz

Isaac Getz is author of the media-acclaimed book Freedom, Inc. He is Professor at the top-ranked ESCP Europe Business School with campuses in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid, and Turin. He was formerly Visiting Professor at Cornell and Stanford Universities and at the University of Massachusetts.

The leading French business review l'Expansion named him among the best 8 professors of Management in Europe. More recently, he won the Syntec Award for the best academic paper in the Organisation/Management/Human Resources category in France.

As a result of His work on innovation and organisational transformation he has spoken to around 200 companies on four continents. In addition to Freedom, Inc. he published an award-winning book Innovations Power and other work on corporate transformation, vision, leadership, innovation, and creativity.

One of his topics addresses the ways how oil and gas companies should reorganise to prevent major incidents in the future. All the major energy companies think about the ways to do it but those who succeed will emerge as the new big players. The others may experience the BP fate.

His work has been featured among others in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, New York Times, Financial Times, Le Figaro, Il Sole 24 Ore, Het Financieele Dagblad, CNBC, FOX, and RAI.
